Shiny Eve has shifted into a soft, easy-like bar-warming.

Join us to toast the very first night Eve opens for service. No (formal) filming, though Irene will be on site with camera. Some good music, great drinks, and time with our people. A night for family.

Welcome bubbles and shots: on us, while they last (so come early). A larger drink menu will be available à la carte.

Arrival | Come anytime between 7–10 PM. Sip a few of Jules’ creations, clock our progress, and help us warm Eve.

Dress | Whatever feels good. It’s winter and you’re sexy. Cameras on site.

Vibe | An intimate, invite-only gathering of our favorite people. The last night “just us” before we open our doors to the world.
