eve.
tiny spot, wild heart.
Arriving soon to Parrish Street: a woman-owned, plant-draped design lounge, venue and community gathering space.
A low-light, jewel-box of a room crowned by a canopy of plants, Eve will be Durham’s hideaway for slow talks and late nights, community gathering, for big joy and celebration. For all of us.
Out back, you’ll find our alley patio — greenery galore, tables for lingering and connecting at sunset: a pocket of calm where our little city hums just past the edges.
The menu will be tight and seasonal: Zero-proof mocktails and juices sprung from the garden with herbs and florals. We’ll have teas, coffees and local small bites, pastries and cakes + other goodies — enough to keep you nourished and lingering. We’ll also have a curated selection of books, textiles, decor, art, potted plants - and weekly, fresh, house-made bouquets of local flowers and herbs - for sale.
We’ll be open to the public each day (afternoon into evening), but Eve will also flex for anything from your private celebrations to chef-driven pop-up dinners, artist showcases to listening parties, community book clubs to midnite screenings. A pot of fresh tea for dreaming up new ideas, a garden inspired mocktail with a friend before dinner, small plates before an all out dance party: whatever your mood or desire, we’ve got the spot. Just give us a little time to make it beautiful for y’all.
Can’t wait to have you. Uma + Jay
